A better view of "Creos Aetas" Timepiece Installation, Borinquen Healthcare Center Headquarters, FL. These joyful yet menacing heads make up this interesting clock right in the center of Miami’s design district. As each hour passes the heads go from light to dark literally and figuratively. We've Reached A Climax.....
When we met it was like taking a deep breath, no one could tear us apart. When Iooked in your eyes I saw the love you had for me. It was no guessing,I knew. My days were so much easier to handle because the love that was shared between the two of us was felt and I knew it woud only be hours before I was in your presence or to hear your voice. The only showers that I saw or felt was that of love.
As time went on I often wondered how we would keep this going, it was too good to be true. You know what they say "If it is too good to be true, then it probably is." What we shared did not fit into that category or so I thought.
I finally found myself thinking what did I do wrong? How is it that I miss something? One minute we are ok and in love and the next I find myself trying to come to grips that what we had is now over or is it? I promised myself to not ever be in this situation again and here I am looking the same situation in the face. My mind won't allow me to forget what we had. Do I leave or do I stay and try to work this out because by now I am thinking that we are too old to go through this and that we both know what it takes to make this work.
How did we end up here?
How did we become undone?
Is it something I said?
Is it something I done?
Funny because I keep coming up with the same answer which leads me back to the first question. I have to be real with myself too, we have reached a CLIMAX.......KNM
Fabienne Verdier is a painter of contemporary French, born 3 March 1962 in Paris. ‘She paints on large floor-standing chassis with new tools she has crafted herself and that enable a new approach of line and shape. It seeks to explore the relationship between movement, matter and the fundamental force of gravitation. She regularly exhibits his work in Europe. It came in many collections, including the Centre Pompidou , the Musée Cernuschi in Paris or the foundation H.Looser in Zurich.
Verdier’s studio is an instrument in her art. It was designed as a retreat for her preparatory ascetic practice, physical engagement and "excavation" of form which provide the basis of the act of painting.
The space is on a scale with her monumental works, allowing the artist to hang an enormous paintbrush and view the paintings from a distance via the mezzanine... The studio is beyond a mere refuge, it is a tool without which her works may never have been born. Dolorès Marat’s photographic essay faithfully portrays the full importance of the studio space to Fabienne Verdier’s work.

It's official .. Kim Kardashian's earlobes are fully committed to Kanye West.
Kim arrived at LAX this weekend sporting 2 yellow gold and diamond earrings in each one of her ears -- a K and a W -- which obviously stand for Kanye West.
The two have only been dating for a few weeks ... but it seems they're moving pretty fast. They've already been on multiple dates, had ice cream together and Kanye even wrote a rap song dissing Kim's ex.

Citrus Electrolyte Blast
2 oranges
1/2 a large pink grapefruit
1 tangerine
1/2 of a lemon
Oranges, tangerines, grapefruit, limes and lemons–try to have these fruits always on hand because they are excellent natural sources of electrolytes. Oranges are an especially great choice. That’s why you might have seen athletes knocking back some juicy slices or downing an orange juice. Citrus juice really does make for great juicer recipes for energy. Don’t juice the peels they make for a very unpleasant taste and contain oils that can upset digestion. The white pith, however, is very healthy and loaded with antioxidants, more so than the flesh in fact

Dick Clark's 'Flintstone' House for Sale.
This Yabba -Dabba Crazy house is estimated for$3,500,000. Interested?
If you've ever dreamed of living in a Flintstones-style house and have $3,500,000 to burn, you might want to check out Dick Clark's Malibu digs -- they just hit the market. Fred and Barney ain't got nothing on Mr. Rocking New Year's Eve. Who knew that Dick Clark lived in a house reminiscent of the caveman era?
Clark's Malibu abode is probably as one-of-a-kind as they come.
The Flintstone-eque home sits atop a remote bluff in Malibu -- a stoney crib that has 360 degree ocean and mountain views of the Pacific Ocean, Channel Islands, Boney Mountains and Serrano Valley, as well as the city of Los Angeles.Clark's home sits on 22.89 acres, but here's the interesting part -- it only has one bedroom and two bathrooms!
The architectural design also includes massive amounts of glass to best showcase the impressive views seen from every room.
Vaulted ceilings in the living room and dining room open up the space and there's also a fireplace in the bedroomThe listing agent brags: "Malibu celebrity romantic retreat.... This is art as architecture at it's finest. This truly magical retreat offers seclusion, privacy & serenity yet minutes from the beach."
The views are impressive, and the interior really looks like a cave -- a high-end cave. You can bet Fred Flintstone never had it so good. And, come to think of it, Ryan Seacrest does look a little like Barney Rubble ...

Course: Toya Lake Hills - Shinzan Course only open (played twice)
Weather: Overcast to start and changed to sunny but cool.
Players: Brian Findlay, Chris Holmes, Ian MacKenzie and Ben Harding
Started a little cold on the opening day of Toya Hills, located about 15minutes from the lake. Local journalist took some snapshots of us teeing off.
Only saw two other groups and had the place to ourselves. Still lots of snow in the bunkers but we managed to stay out of them most of the time.
Lake Toya Hills has four 9 hole courses, all of which have superb layouts. The first requires a wood of the tee or if you can thread a driver through the 30 yard gap past the OB on the left and the drop down on the right, go for it. I used a 5 wood and laid up before the snow filled bunkers on the left.
Great course and no one around. Only 5400 yen for 18 holes, friendly staff, fairways in reasonably good condition for this time of year.
They don't use ash on this course to melt the snow so no nasty debris to contend with. Courses closer to Niseko are having to use the 'yusetsuzai' to get the courses open on time.
Two groups booked already for next Wednesday.

Coffee Date with Mads
We loved our night out on the town, but to learn a bit more about gay life in Denmark we had coffee with Mads Hvid, Chairperson of LGBT Youth in Copenhagen.
4 Fun Facts About LGBT Nightlife in Copenhagen
1) THERE IS SUCH THING AS "HETEROPHOBIA" ... KIND OF
2) GAY NIGHTLIFE IN JUTLAND SUCKS
3) "BEING GAY IN COPENHAGEN IS LIKE BEING STRAIGHT EVERYWHERE ELSE"
4) GAY BARS AND CLUBS COME IN ALL SHAPES AND SIZES
Last week our new friends Martin and Jobbe went to Nevermind with their straight couple friends. In the heat of passionate moment on the dancefloor, the heteros made out. Turns out, at Nevermind this is a big no-no. Within seconds, the bouncer came over and asked them to leave. "It might make the gay patrons uncomfortable," the staff told Jobbe and his friends. Then, as Jobbe put it, he "made a fucking scene."
"I kind regretted the next day," he told us, "because a bunch of newspapers called me to ask about what happened. Now its turned into a big thing." Read about it here: http://jp.dk/indland/article2754483.ece
Some food for thought... Martin, Mads, and Jobbe all told us that their favorite thing about Copenhagen is that they feel comfortable being themselves. They do not generally feel criticized or embarassed about their sexuality.
In addition, the LGBT community in our city is large enough that there are opportunites to try many new bars and meet countless new people. Unlike in Jutland, social young people are not limited to a few venues and a small group of people.
Apparently there is just ONE gay club in Arrhus, and two in Odense. Martin and Jobbe tell us that even though the club can be fun, it's never ideal to go to the same place every weekend. I get that.
The problem is that because Denmark is so small, many LGBTs can move easily to Copenhagen, where they feel more comfortable and have larger social networks. This leaves few members of the LGBT community in Jutland, and less resources/interest to open more bars, clubs, and cafes.
This place is cool.
This place isn't fun.
Denmark is home to many different gay bars. Yelp reviews warn women not to enter certain gay bars, while others tout openness to all kinds of people. There are lesbian bars, there are gay theme bars, and there are hard-core bondage bars for those who are seriously into leather.
Basically, Denmark caters to it all.
PROOF WE DIDN'T
JUST HAVE FUN

Our_New_Best_Friends:
A night on the town with Martin and Jobbe.
Our adventure began with us going to a gay bar in Copenhagen’s best-known 'gay district.' We all felt a bit awkward at first so we decided to sit down for a drink before making our next move. After each having a beer we finally built up the courage to approach two men at the bar, luring them into talking to us by buying them a round of beers first.
The two men instantly opened up to us about themselves and the gay bar culture in Copenhagen. Not only did they share about the community in general, but also they told personal (and hilarious) stories. A half an hour into our conversation we realized that we were talking to THE Mr.Gay DK 2011. This male model, Jobbe, and his friend Martin continued to talk to us for hours as if we were just a couple of friends hanging out.
Jobbe, aka Mr. Gay, is a well known model in Copenhagen's gay community. He modestly told us that he won the Mr. Gay DK commpetition in 2011 sending his photo into various Mr.Gay DK and In & Out Magazine ads. He is currently interesting in another male model who is 'playing hard to get.'
We obviously had questions on how our new friends decide who ‘pitches’ and who ‘catches’ when they take someone home from the bar. Martin told us that when he meets someone at the bar he hopes that they prefer to be on bottom because he prefers to be on top. If it doesn’t work out that way, he says, "we just love each other, but don’t have sex."
Jobbe, aka Mr.Gay DK, is a well known male model amongst the gay community in Denmark. He won the Mr. Gay DK competition in 2011 by sending his photo into various Mr.Gay DK and Out & About Magazine ads. He is currently romantically interested in another male model in Copenhagen who Jobbe claims is 'playing hard to get.'
I wonder what could have come between us
Other than nights and days and endless hours of me
staring at screens
And thinking
And the late night fantasies
Of being a human
With the capability to love
I see your outline among the shards of memories in the junk
drawer of my mind,
A storage locker for repressed desires,
And I imagine you searching for my profile too
In the cobwebbed corners under your bed
When the streetlights sprinkled their fluorescent serum
over your face
I caught the smile you threw me
Out in left field
One in a million odds
No one saw it coming
Especially me
And when months passed and hours faded colors
And tears dried like watercolors on my cheeks
You still existed
How strange to exist apart from interaction and
recollection
I think of you and wonder
If maybe you think of me too
Or if all you see
Is the faint dust of a love
Too fleeting to be called a friend
instructions:
1. Wait for a cloudy day. Overcast will suffice. Rain is better. Thunderstorms ideal.
2. Make a cup of hot chocolate. Sip it while looking out the window and thinking about a place you would really like to visit.
3. Go somewhere you feel safe, like under your bed or on the living room couch covered with your childhood blankie.
4. Play this song as loud as you can on your headphones.
So let's imagine for arguments sake I'm a girl. Let's say I'm not a stunning girl, I'm not a girl people would whisper about, stare at, be spitefully jealous of. Not that I'm ugly, either, not that I'm pitied, I just am and I'm normal. For all sakes of the word. Sure, I have quirks, but I have normal quirks, nothing truly special like telekenesis or bipolar disorder or a drug addiction. Nothing that makes a good Lifetime movie or teen television drama. For the purpose of the scenario I go to school. I see a boy, I meet the boy, I talk to the boy. I laugh with him, I smile, I ask him about his life, he lets me sit in his car. Imagine I begin to get feelings for such a boy. Imagine these feelings bubble up like so much oil and water and no matter how hard I try to ignore them they pour and seep and ooze out. Let's pretend the boy doesn't notice. On second look, let's pretend he does notice, but ignores them. Now imagine me, the normal girl in the normal girl's predicament. The constant state of my life, the unrequited longing. Now imagine that I am convinced that he really does, secretly, under layers upon layers, have some fanciful notions about me. Imagine that I wait every day for the revelation to dawn upon him or for the phone to ring and his voice to explode with confessions. Imagine I wait on my bed, looking out he window, looking at my shoes, looking at my face, scratching my legs, waiting, waiting, waiting. And imgaine nothing happens. Imagine suns set and stars fade and hair falls out and meals are eaten and I continue to see him and wait for him and laugh with him and all the while I can feel him slipping. Imagine I could feel the physical sensation of time flowing torrentially away, the current too strong, my fear too great. The great clouds of rejection loom heavy over my head and yet I continue to pray for sun. Imagine all the clouds. Imagine the doubts and uncertainty. Can you imgaine it? Are you living it?
futureproof
Maybe I'll add on to it someday. Who knows? I am thinking of making a zine. Will keep all interested parties informed.
I am definitely not a comic book writer. I am not a particulary fabulous illustrator nor am I adapt at discovering intruiging plotlines or crafting relatable characters. I can, however, kill 15 minutes between classes by making a sort of graphic diary like the one below.
