When did you identify your dream?
MF~Ha-ha, which one? I am an entertainer. I’m a rapper & model that grew up dancing
after dabbling in acting. I started pursuing
musiq in 2010. My heart was quickly falling out of love with the fashion industry.
In conjunction with major life changes happening all at once, musiq was there
to pick up the pieces.
Insanity-
Are you ready to stop your past habits and let go of people that are not supporting andhow?
MF~For the past two years I have made a conscious effort to make changes in my life and of course this was the first step. It was easier to let go or change business relationships than personal relationships, of course. But making these changes has definitely allowed me to lead a less stressful life. Changing yourself is the hardest struggle. I first had to admit to my bad habits and accept the fact that they had to be stopped/ changed.
Exhale-
How will you handle your transition? Can you breathe in your success and blow off the doubters?
MF~The transition has been very positive as far as supporters. After cutting out the bad apples in my life there were nothing but supporters left standing beside me. They are what keep me going. I tend to enter new ventures extremely cautiously. Their support is what keeps me pushing forward. I have yet to breathe in success. Every time I accomplish something I move on to the next project.
I’ll stop and smell the roses when I retire!

Can you Say yes not can't everyday? Even if it hurts?
MF~This one used to be a struggle for me. But one day I said “I CAN! I WILL!” and I never looked back. ….Especially when something is hard to do.
Recognize-
Are you ready to dedicate your time? Are you prepared to start working through the setbacks and distractions?
MF~Oddly enough, I find the setbacks and distractions give me more drive. I like to think that I struggle because
I’m on the right path. Nothing worth having is easy to attain, right? I don’t dedicate the type of time I would like to my craft. I have to do what I have to do to handle
life’s responsibilities. However, I do use every available moment that I can to make sure I’m never at a standstill and I’m always progressing.
Believe-
What steps do you take to tell yourself that you are successful and that you deserve it?
MF~I try toremind myself that being an honest, hardworking person will pay off. "The greater the struggle, the greater the reward".
I pray I’m right!!
Life-
When will you get it started and get prepared to live life to the fullest?
MF~I’ve already started and I love how it feels to know I am moving in the right direction and doing it the right way. I’m preparing for my blessings.
Infinity-
How will YOUR dream effect you and change your life forever?
MF~I want to be successful so that I can help others. During my lifes obstacles I’ve often wondered why there was nothing out there to help people with needs like my own. Or, how can we improve on existing organizations. When I am able to
give abundantly I will have become a success!

Coffee Helps You Live Longer
Your morning cup of coffee may start to taste even better after a major government study found that frequent coffee drinkers have a lower risk of dying from a variety of diseases, compared with people who drink little or no coffee.
The report, published online in The New England Journal of Medicine on Wednesday, analyzed the coffee-drinking habits of more than 400,000 men and women ages 50 to 71, making it the largest-ever study of the relationship between coffee consumption and health.
Previous studies have offered conflicting results on the relative benefits or harms associated with regular coffee consumption. While coffee contains caffeine, a stimulant that may temporarily increase heart rate and blood pressure in some people, coffee also contains hundreds of unique compounds and antioxidants that may confer health benefits. Further confusing much of the research into coffee is the fact that many coffee drinkers are also smokers, and it has been difficult to untangle the relative health effects of coffee and cigarettes.
To learn more, researchers from the National Institutes of Health analyzed diet and health information collected from questionnaires filled out by 229,119 men and 173,141 women who were members of the American Association of Retired Persons (AARP) between 1995 and 1996. The respondents were followed until 2008, by which point 52,000 had died.
As expected, the researchers found that the regular coffee drinkers in the group were also more likely to be smokers. They ate more red meat and fewer fruits and vegetables, exercised less and drank more alcohol – all behaviors associated with poor health. ------ Keep reading this article

Lost for 1,600 years, the royal quarters of Cleopatra were discovered off the shores of Alexandria. A team of marine archaeologists, led by Frenchman, Franck Goddio, began excavating the ancient city in 1998. Historians believe the site was submerged by earthquakes and tidal waves, yet, astonishingly, several artifacts remained largely intact. Amongst the discoveries were the foundations of the palace, shipwrecks, red granite columns, and statues of the goddess Isis and a sphinx. The Egyptian Government plans to create an underwater museum and hold tours of the site.

Heath Ledger Directed Joker Scenes in DK
If you’ve seen The Dark Knight, you likely know we’re talking about the scenes that show the Joker issuing threats and warnings through recordings done with a camcorder.
The most recognizable line to come from these scenes is when the Joker says "Tonight, people are going to die." Chris Nolan trusted Heath Ledger with these so much that he wasn’t even present during some of the last shootings of the scenes.
Ledger shot and directed them almost completely by himself. The first video had a bit more help. The lighting guy and the sound guys came in to set everything up, but ultimately Nolan was so impressed that after the first shoot he handed the camera to Ledger and said “do whatever you want.”
Apparently, Ledger got so into it that every single take he did was different from the last. In making The Dark Knight, Nolan didn’t want to make a bland sequel and strived to only do what works.
So devoted was Nolan to this film that there isn’t a single deleted scene. He only shot scenes that had at least three reasons to be in the film to ensure that everything would be equally important and nothing would waste time.

Laughter feeds your soul....
Sometime you have to laugh to keep from crying. I tell you what.. this transition, for me from the crazy world of corporate America into attempting to start my own business can really make a girl KOO-KOO. Now, clearly I know that I made this choice to dive head first into all of this so I am not about to complain. In life it takes getting pushed to the point of watching your bank account dwindle down daily and being forced to face your fears of asking for help to build up your confidence. Then there is the sudden death of a your ideas and plans that yo once would have bet your left pinkie toe on. This will throw you into a whirlwind of laughter so get ready. PRESS PLAY! LET'S GO!
Truth is (Not to go super spiritual on you but...) GOD is in control and when you stop running in circles and stand still long enough to stop, LOOK UP and ASK him for help. Your worries will soon wash away. Just 1 month ago I was there. Blaming everything under the sun on why I could not get it together. "Oh.. it's PMS or OH.. I've got anxiety" Listen, as soon as I shut everything down and told God I was done with the madness, my brain was flooded with creative ways to build my business. But the reason I laugh is, just 2 months prior to this breakthrough I was haphazardly working on projects. Unbeknowced to me... I was already working God's plan. It's amazing how the pieces of the puzzle really do just fit together once that light bulb clicks on. Then more laughter.
I am sharing this with you because,
