Public Announcement Service : PHOTOGRAPHY PROJECT 2012

I am currently working on a new photography project before the World ends, So I am looking to set up a Team that consists of Photographer, Videographers, Skaters, Bikers, Models, Graphic Designers and basically anyone who would put in their full effort to make this ONE OF A KIND photoshoot to ever take place.

Do take note this NOT a paid consignment and I understand our schedules are tight, But I do promise you, it will be an experience you will never forget. I would not share the full details of the concept of the Shoot, until I have picked out the Team and discuss with them first hand. (We all know there are copycats.)

I have tried to search for the concept that I want to work on, online, but I have yet to see any. So, hopefully, it will be World's First - Fingers crossed.

What I am Looking for?

-Skaters
-Bikers (Not Bikees)

You must be able to pull of tricks and high jumps. Having Tattoos would be a plus point. (Male or Female)

-Female Models

You must have a good physique and look good. Having tattoos would be a plus point, or one would be sponsored to you if you wish.

-Photographers
-Videographers

You must be flexible and you guys are the ones with the Magic.

-Graphic Designers
-Video Editors

Pretty much you guys have to sort out the final production.

Interested Parties : Email me your portfolio, and tell me about yourself in 150 words to : [email protected]

Do take note, I don't take shit from latecomers or those who come up with excuses for not turning up after selection. I need dedication from the Team Players. Do hope to hear from you soon !!

"Only after disaster can we be Resurrected"

Ladies and Gentlemen, please do take note that I will no longer be inking at Acid Crue.

To those who did not know, I have now, moved on to my own Private Home Studio where I work strictly on Appointments. It gives me more freedom as an Artist.

Currently I am looking for canvases to push my portfolio further. With that said, I am now looking for at least 10 canvases where I charge only $100 for a session. So if its a big piece that requires at least 3hrs in one sitting, its still $100 !! And if I like your idea and that can benefit my portfolio, I will extend the hours - End of the day, its a win win situation for both my canvas and myself.

So why wait? Drop me a SMS @ 96676536 or Email : [email protected]

Here are couple of my previous works at Acid Crue. - Maori on Shoulder

I too, have Failed

Posted 2012-06-12 10:42:41 | Views: 2,613

We all Fall & We all Fail

Over the past years, I have struggled as an Artist, but most importantly, I have struggled more to stay alive, fighting away my Demons...

Sometimes, you ask yourself, 'What did I do to deserve this?'...I too, have asked that to myself over a million times, but I was not able to satisfy myself with the answers.

I was struggling with my addiction to alcohol for the past years, but now I am struggling with my addiction to be in Love... Hence ; Absinthe Diaries - Where emotional and physical aspects collide.

I have struggled to escape from the painful reality too many times and alcohol was my only way out from the mess.

If you had met me couple of years ago, there won't be a day where you would have seen me sober. But funny thing was, it was my prime time in my career as well, but sadly, I was not in the right state of mind to savour those moments...

I lost everything for I too, have failed...

But only an handful of you know that Immortal Tattoos, Singapore - have come to a closure with effect from June 13th 2012...

But that doesn't mean that I am leaving the Tattoo Industry, I am actually moving forward with this new change. It has been hard, letting go of something you worked for, but sometimes, we have to make that sacrifice.

I will be inking, hand in hand with my mentor, Carlston, at ACID CRUĂ‹ - Peninsula Shopping Centre, 3 Coleman Street, #01-30, S(179804) as of the 16th of June 2012.

Some of you might wonder, how different is Absinthe Diaries from my other BLOG - Well, in here, you will experience my Tattoo Works, Photography and my Personal Literature which revolves around my 'Psychotic' yet 'Artistic' nature of Life...

So brace yourselves, Ladies and Gentlemen...

Born in April 27th 1981, Kugan, took on the name of Diamond Fangs in early 90s, focusing on his love for Vampyrism and its culture. Being active in the Vampyric lifestyle for almost 17yrs, he decided to lay low for the benefits of many, keeping his lifestyle away from society.

Diamond Fangs was introduced to the world of Tattoo Artistry in 2005 by his mentor, Carlston, where they met when Diamond Fangs got his first tattoo done in 2004. After going through a year of honorouble apprenticeship - He began his new Life.

Being in the industry for 6 yrs and going, Diamond Fangs have pushed himself further than anyone could have imagined. Appearing in the local media a couple of times and having interviewed live on National TV, Diamond Fangs, became the first Tattoo Icon in the Indian society in Singapore.

In June 2006, he opened up his own studio - Immortal Tattoos located at Little India Arcade, Singapore. In 2007, he got his traditional hand-tapped tattoo of the Bunga Terung, also known as the Borneo Rose, on his fist, by Ernesto from the Borneo HeadHunters in Sarawak.

From then on, his whole new Journey started, alongside with his love for photography. Later part of 2007/2008, he traveled to Van Diemen's Land, Tasmania.( Australia ) to tattoo on his clients which gave him a wider scope of recognition.

In 2008, he held his own tattoo exhibition in a local club that went on for a month. He also made his unofficial debut, collaborating with his mentor, inking on the same skin. In the same year, Diamond Fangs, also re-created vineworks, which are now widely "copied" by many.

In 2009, Diamond Fangs traveled Melbourne, Australia, to ink more clients and to became the first Indian, from Singapore, to do body suspensions with the Hanged Man Team.

ABSINTHE DIARIES

From early 2008 to late 2009, Diamond Fangs has been working on re-creating more defined Vineworks, Blackworks and Dotworks which not many Tattoo Artist do in his homeland. He went a step further, by being the first to Ink models, Shoot and create the images as an Artpiece. In 2009, the artworks created by Diamond Fangs were on Absinthe Garden - Goth Art Exhibit in Singapore, held by Singapore Dark Alternative Movement (SDAM).

In 2010, Diamond Fangs hit rock bottom with his addiction to alcohol which was a career suicide. He stopped doing everything he used to do and on Halloween 2010, he decided to kill his alter-ego, Diamond Fangs. Going through massive depression, he wanted to live life without the glitz and glamour. On the verge of giving up his love for Art, thanks to his family, friends and mentor, he did his first tattoo event, under the name of Kugan, to collaborate with his mentor, Carlston - Officially in December 2010 - Lewd, Screwed and Tattooed.

Kugan has been haunted by his alter-ego Diamond Fangs since Halloween 2010. A struggle which he has been fighting to keep the demons at bay.

Being back again in the Tattoo Artistry, Diamond Fangs has been working harder than before, creating Tattoo works that many thought would die off. He proved that he has lost nothing, but only to gain everything.
