Hey, it's Liz, your editor-in-cheif here at "Think Up" magazine! maybe this is the first time, maybe you get this magazine delivered to your door every month, but either way I thank you just the same. Reading this is the first step to makng you learn even more about yourself! Your body, mind, and soul, thank you for it also.
I have a strong desire to tell the world how important having a positive attitude truly is. It affects your overall quality of life! By physically and mentally pushing your boundaries, you will learn much more about yourself than you would ever expect. My goal of this magazine is to help you catch on to "Thinking Up" also! Think uplifting thoughts through out the day, think of gently curving your body upward as you quickly transfer into a backbend on your paddle board, think of raising your hands upward sending praises to God, think upward strokes with your paintbrush it lightly skims the canvas. I sincerely encourage you to think up with me. I invite you to join me in exercising your physical and mental 'muscles'.
It took many years for me to figure out how important it is to have balance on your life. You have to evenly take care of all your needs, physically, spiritually, and emotionally. If you ignore one for too long it will come back to bite you in the butt. I know this from personal experience. I may be young, but I am a wise old owl. Let me help you learn from my mistakes.
XOXOXO
~ Liz

It's no secret that the greatest players in the world are extremely comfortable and confident on the ball, and their technical game exemplifies that. The Patriots 98 team has worked tirelessly to improve their individual technique, and it was all worth it when they were crowned the 2014 US Club National Champions in Greensboro, NC, this past July.
If the 98s winning a National Championship isn't enough to convince you that great technique brings great rewards, then how about the 97s winning the 2013 NPL National Championship, and finishing as the 2014 NPL National Runners Up? Check out our Virtual Learning site and begin your journey to a National Championship.
Patriots 97 player, Fallon Sheridan shares her thoughts on how important development of individual technique is. Fallon's accomplishments include attending two US Soccer Youth National Team Camps, Region One ODP Team, Puma Women"s Elite Showcase, 2014 National Champions, 2013 National Runners Up, 2x PDA Champions, 2x CASL Champions, Disney Champions, NY Cup Champions to name a few.
Fallon will be attending Yale University in 2015 with fellow 97 teammate Sofia Griff
Hello, I am very grateful that you have picked up my magazine to read, I would just like to briefly give you a background about my life. I grew up in the small town of Barrett, Minnesota with one older brother who is now an engineer for ConAgra, and my parents. My father is a agricultural professor and my mother sells health insurance. I attended West Central Area High school and then pursed a degree in Communication Art & Design and Graphic Arts at Alexandria Technical. I plan on also continuing my education by getting my food stylist degree at Le Cordon Bleu and opening my own restaurant and cooking show. I will be going into Culinary Arts in the future and continuing on my journey to the fullest.
