It was back in the 90's when I saw them put up a huge noise barrier on Perimeter Road by the Miami International Airport.
At the time the way the dots were distributed irked me. Some dots are clusted together and others are perfectly alined.
Less noise but still annoying

Just for fun, I pull out a two year old film negative to rescan. My current scanning setup has improved alot in the last couple of years and I think it shows.
Color and resolution on my current setup (DSLR scanning) is much better.

While driving on US192 I saw this huge mermaid attached to a gift show so I had to pull over. Like, come on, how could I not.
