At the age of 21, a passion for childcare was what she had. After graduating with a degree in BS-Export Management in De La Salle College of Saint Benilde she quickly went to study Childcare under Pediatrics Society Inc.
After 2 years and 6 months she has earned her valid operating license to setup a Creche.
Frances Lugtu now operates " The Nanny Creche Services" in Dubai area. childcare centers built close to work and close to home.
